- Clean up birdseed spills
- Don’t leave pet food outside
- Keep compost bins closed
- Pick up fallen fruit in the yard
🏡 Eliminate Shelter
- Seal off crawlspaces, porches, decks, and sheds
- Use strong mesh or hardware cloth to block access
- Bury fencing at least 12″ down to stop burrowing
🌿 Maintain Your Landscape
- Keep shrubs and brush trimmed back

If you, your pet, or your home got sprayed, try this popular DIY odor remover:
Mix:
- 1 quart of 3% hydrogen peroxide
- ¼ cup baking soda
- 1 teaspoon liquid dish soap
Use immediately (do not store). Scrub affected areas, rinse well, and ventilate the space thoroughly.
